What kind of produce can we expect in the box?
Spring produce should include:
Carrots, beets, radishes, gourmet turnips, lettuce, spinach, asian greens, asparagus, arugula, fennel, kohlrabi, escarole, cooking greens (kale, collards, Swiss chard), broccoli, cabbage, scallions, strawberries, and more….
Summer produce should include:
Beans, sweet corn, cucumbers, eggplant, melons, okra, onions, peppers, potatoes, summer squash and zucchini, garlic, tomatoes, watermelons, blueberries, basil, dill, and more….
Fall produce should include:
Everything on the spring list (except for asparagus and strawberries) , plus many of the summer crops (through October), plus sweet potatoes, winter squash, Brussels sprouts, and more….
Winter produce should include:
Our famous winter “candy” carrots, radishes, turnips, rutabagas, lots of spinach, salad mix, cooking greens, celery, radicchio, mache, sweet and Irish potatoes, winter squash, and more….
