Organic ~ vegan vegetarian entrees from my kitchen to yours!

As a mother, one of my most important jobs is to feed my family the healthiest food possible. For me that means home cooked, (virtually no processed foods) vegan vegetarian cooking. A busy friend of mine, who believes in healthy eating, asked if I would do the same for her and freeze it...thus Pam's Pantry was born.

Here is how it works: Choose the plan that looks best to you and try it for a month. If you would like to continue, just pay a one time refundable deposit for glass dishes, plus the monthly fee at delivery.

Family - Plan 1

8 (2qt.) frozen entrees, 1 loaves of whole wheat (WW) bread
1 doz. WW dinner rolls
$125 a month (+ a refundable deposit of $50)

Family - Plan 2

4 (2qt..) frozen entrees of your choice
1 doz. WW dinner rolls
$65 a month (+ a refundable deposit of $25 for glass dishes)

Single / Couple - Plan 3

8 (3 cup) frozen entrees of your choice.
1 mini loaf of bread
$56 a month (+ a refundable deposit of $50 for the glass dishes)

Single / Couple – Plan 4

4 (3 cup) frozen entrees of your choice
1 mini loaf of bread
$29 a month (+ a refundable deposit of $25 for glass dishes)

Entree choices:

* Black Bean Ole' ~ Brown rice topped with black beans, green onions, tomatoes, olives "cheese" & corn chips.

* Enchiladas ~ sprouted corn tortillas, filled with seasoned veggie burger, topped with homemade enchilada sauce and rice cheese.

* Macaroni & "Cheese" Special ~ This is not your typical mac & cheese. This dish is full of veggies, whole wheat & artichoke pasta and a delicious cheese sauce.

* Vegetable Lasagna ~ The vegetables in this dish will vary depending on the time of year and what is available from our garden. This winter it has been spinach, come summer it will be zucchini etc.

* "Steak" & Potatoes ~ Mashed potatoes layered with veggie burgers and topped with mushroom / onion gravy.

* "Meat" Loaf ~ Veggie burger casserole topped with homemade basil and garlic tomato sauce.

* Rice Roast ~ Rice, and cashews are the base for this delicious roast. It is topped with a white sauce.

* Vegetable Pot Pie ~ I can put just about any veggies in this and my children will happily eat it with no questions asked.

* Mazidra ~ Rice topped with lentils, smothered with sauteed onions.
